Please note that U.S. shipping has been paused while we sort out the new rules and regulations – we hope to have this up by end of the year. Thank you for your patience!

Orders will be processed and shipped out within 2-5 business days from Ontario, Canada.

All orders are currently tax-free as our shop qualifies as a small business under Canadian tax rules.

^*Uses Canada Post to enable deliveries to P.O. Boxes and rural regions/rural remote addresses (RR/LCD). This is the default delivery service for addresses in NL, NT, NU, and YT.

I made a mistake in my order!

If you have accidentally ordered the wrong item, or entered incorrect shipping/contact information, please contact us at support@pkuai-art.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can make the necessary corrections.

Please note that if you have provided an incorrect address and your order has already shipped, we will be unable to assist, and no refunds will be issued.

Is the packaging discreet? How are my items packed?

Yes, all orders are shipped in discreet packaging. There are no logos or references to the artwork’s content on the outside of the package. For U.S. orders, customs forms list the contents as “Art Print” without specific or explicit titles.

Multiple items will be packed together where applicable. Orders containing at least one art print will arrive in a flat mailer, while orders containing only stickers will arrive in a small, plain envelope via Lettermail (domestic orders only), or a bubble mailer if choosing a tracked option.

Will my artwork have any censoring/watermarks?

All artwork will arrive uncensored and without watermarks. Please refer to the product description for materials used.
